西安城市运动公园位于西安北城经济开发区中心位置，占地约800亩（含运动主副馆），亚洲首屈一指的主题公园。结合城运村得天独厚的运动与景观资源，通过对国内外先进地区的研究，礼邀国际著名的景观规划公司泛亚国际景观绿化公司执掌擎画。是一个以球类运动为主兼具休闲、游憩功能的生态型运动主题公园，也是西北地区唯一一个绿色、开放、自由的运动型主题公园。
