济宁市文化中心位于山东省济宁市太白湖新区，位于太白湖湾东侧,运河路东、圣贤路南。由群众艺术馆、图书馆、博物馆、美术馆以及与之配套的文化商业商务设施和高地公园组成，是集“收藏、研究、培训、创作、娱乐、购物”等功能于一体大型公共文化设施。 该建筑规划总用地面积53.5公顷，总建筑面积约为13.58万平方米。
